Our scope includes:

 

  • Provision of dedicated, sealed containers for mercury-bearing waste
  • Administrative coordination of compliant collection and transport by authorised third parties
  • Maintenance of auditable chain-of-custody records
  • Verification of delivery to licensed downstream treatment facilities through documentary and audit-trail evidence provided by authorised operators

 

We operate at the pre-treatment stage of the waste lifecycle, where environmental risk reduction is most effective.

 

Activities Outside Our Scope

 

To ensure clarity, ReclaimX Environmental Ltd does not:

 

  • Treat, refine, destroy, or neutralise mercury
  • Operate waste treatment or recovery facilities
  • Handle patient data or clinical records
  • Act as a regulator or enforcement body
  • Make claims of zero environmental impact

 

All treatment and recovery activities are carried out by appropriately licensed downstream operators.
